Abstract

Aim of this study is examined the effect of green human resources management practices on sustainable competitive advantage. Data is collected through adopted questionnaire from previous studies. 200 sample size is considered in order to achieve research objectives and various tests were applied including reliability analysis and regression analysis in SPSS software. Results of study confirmed that the training and development and structure retention policies are found to have significant and positive on sustainable competitive advantage. However, recruitment and selection is found insignificant and positive impact on sustainable competitive advantage. Lastly, based our limited knowledge this would be the first study conducted on sustainable competitive advantage in higher education institutions of Sindh, Pakistan.
